This 1,425 m² site is in the heart of the Claremont Meadows growth centre.  It is located close to schools, shops and the Nepean Hospital.  The school (450 students) currently sends 64 students by bus to Kingsgrove and Werrington for before and after school care.

Claremont Meadows is 50 kilometres to the west of Sydney's CBD.  The population is 2,703.  This will increase as the council has released large tracts of land to take up the strong demand for housing in the area.  The current 1,097 existing dwelling will increase by 554, with a further 1,500 residential lots proposed.

CC drawings are complete and footings are in place so construction has commenced.
