This one hectare site adjacent to the golf club will be rezoned very shortly to allow for an aged care centre.   

Retirees form 50% of the population of South West Rocks so demand for the end product will be very strong.  There is one full 50 unit nursing facility under construction.  Surveys indicate that the district needs at least 200 units immediately.

South West Rocks, population 5,000, is 467 kilometres north of Sydney between Port Macquarie and Coffs Harbour.  It is one of the most attractive towns on the Mid North Coast, attracting holiday makers (who often purchase holiday houses) throughout the year.
